This two-day hands-on course is loaded with case studies designed for all environmental professionals. Subject matter will focus developing site-specific cleanup standards based on real-world problems. Attendees will run the models, analyze results, and establish cleanup standards. Models covered include SESOIL, AT123D and BIOSCREEN. Earn 16 Professional Development Hour Units (PDHUs) for the Ohio EPA Voluntary Action Program. Instructors Robert Schneiker, P.G. Designed and developed the SEVIEW program which is used by consultants, and regulators around the world, including the Ohio EPA. Project experience includes SESOIL vadose zone modeling used by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to establish baseline regulatory soil cleanup standards protective of groundwater quality. Dennis A. Smalley, VAP CP Mr. Smalley has presented seminars at major universities and sat on a symposium entitled “Coexistence of Business and Society” (a PBS series at Ohio University). Additionally, Mr. Smalley has developed environmental policy for industrial clients and is also a member of the ASTM E50 Committee for the development of Environmental Site Assessments.
