ABOUT THE SEMINAR
This course will cover the use of the SESOIL and AT123D models.
These models have been used by many state regulatory agencies to develop default soil cleanup objectives.
Consultants can use these models to develop site-specific soil cleanup objectives.
Focus will be given to the use of SESOIL and AT123D in the SEVIEW transport and fate modeling software.
SEVIEW is used by regulatory agencies and consultants throughout the world including the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality.
The cost of this course is $150.
|
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
-
Hydrogeologists
-
Engineers
|
-
Regulators
-
Project Managers
|
The overall goal of the course is to provide exposure to practical methods for the development of site-specific cleanup objectives.
Those experienced in modeling will benefit from an introduction to the capabilities
of SEVIEW 7.1.
|
SEVIEW is a comprehensive program that includes both SESOIL and AT123D along with climatic and chemical databases.
Results for the SESOIL and AT123D models are presented in graphical reports.
SEVIEW links SESOIL to the SUMMERS, BIOSCREEN, AT123D, and MODFLOW/MT3D groundwater models.
